My name is Dr. Alice Vlietstra.  I have been helping individuals and families for over 25 years to use their challenges to expand and grow.

One of the greatest challenges we have had this year has been the economy.  The financial crisis has laid bare the fact that the existing financial system has brought our communities and natural systems on which we depend to the brink of collapse. It is inspiring many to take action to bring forth a culture and new economy based on Real Wealth, -- healthy children, families, communities, and ecosystems.

All of this is based on a shift in mindset from a "Money based" operating system to a "Values based operating system. My passion is to help you to rise to the occasion by helping you tap into your deeper values and life purpose, working with others as a team. I can help you to discover your individual character strengths, as well to appreciate the strengths of gender, and age,-- childhood, adulthood, and elderhood. This creates much more harmony and broadens the range of your support, action and influence.

I have had plenty opportunities to develop this ability. I have worked with individual and family communications for over 25 years.  I also come from a three-generation family business. With six siblings, we have many differences.  A strength-based approach has been critical to our ability to work together to forge a legacy that can be passed on from generation to generation.
